Description
The SG-EXT36 on-site warranty extension extends and strengthens the coverage of a SAGA point of sale terminal or POS bundle for 36 months. In the event of a hardware failure, service is carried out at the place of use from the business day following the report, without the merchant having to dismantle and ship the equipment: a technician comes on site to diagnose, repair or replace the faulty parts. The scope covers the terminals of the CUBO, RIA, OVA, JOA and X ranges, panel PCs and the bundles that combine a terminal and a printer. In accordance with Perimatic's general terms of sale, the warranty on integrated systems only applies if the equipment is powered through a UPS, so one should be planned from installation. The extension does not cover normal wear of parts and consumables, breakage and accidental damage or damage caused by misuse, or software issues, whether related to the operating system or the checkout application. It is to be linked to the equipment it covers when ordering. The service is provided in mainland France only (islands excluded); an intervention outside the warranty scope is billed at a flat 160 euros before tax.

Use and tips
Subscribe to it at the same time as the terminal or bundle, for any point of sale where a checkout out of service means lost business: convenience store, bakery, pharmacy, food service. Install the UPS required by the general terms of sale at commissioning and keep the invoice of the covered equipment for any claim.
