Description
KOBÉ is SAGA's large-format interactive kiosk, built for self-service ordering in restaurants and stores. It integrates the core elements of an ordering station: a 27 inch IPS projected capacitive touchscreen with 10 touch points, 1920 x 1080 resolution and 400 cd/m², an 80 mm thermal receipt printer and a 2D imager useful for loyalty programs or order pickup, all driven by the SAGA motherboard. That board carries a 12th generation Intel Core i3 at 2.0 GHz, 8 GB of DDR4 and a 128 GB SSD, with built-in Wi-Fi and generous connectivity (6 x USB, RJ45, 3 x COM, VGA). The design reserves a slot for a payment terminal of any brand, the model being specified at order time. The kiosk was designed for quick access to the technical elements: paper changes, scanner adjustment, payment terminal connection. It ships with a wall bracket or a floor stand, the latter able to hold two kiosks back to back powered by a single 220 V outlet. Windows 11 comes preinstalled with its license.

Delivery and warranty
Delivered on a pallet by a specialized carrier, handed over within 48 to 72 business hours after order confirmation; the pallet delivery flat rate is added to the order. Manufacturer warranty: 1 year on site; 24 or 36 month on-site extensions (response within three business days) available as options. A UPS is required to keep the warranty of integrated systems (Perimatic terms).
Use and tips
This kiosk is installed at the entrance of a restaurant, in a quick-service ordering area or in a store, on the wall or on a stand depending on the available space. Specify the payment terminal model when ordering so that the slot fits, and plan for the dual stand if two kiosks must stand back to back. A UPS is recommended to protect the integrated system, and 80 mm thermal paper rolls should be kept in stock.
