The KOYA kiosk is an all-in-one counter touch kiosk that addresses queue management, secure payment and customer self-service in restaurants, quick-service outlets, retail chains and leisure venues. Delivered assembled with its 21.5 inch capacitive touchscreen, SAGA thermal receipt printer and 2D scanner, it can receive a payment terminal in several ways. The fixed holder is the simplest solution: it holds the terminal directly on the kiosk, in a position set once and for all, with no arm or joint. This configuration suits installations where the kiosk sits on a counter and the customer always stands in the same place. It keeps the footprint small and reduces adjustment points, while keeping the terminal within reach for contactless or PIN payment. The holder ships on its own; the terminal is supplied by the payment provider and its integration with the ordering software is handled by the software vendor.
