Use and tips

Before buying, check the desk thickness and whether a grommet hole is available, and confirm that your screen weight stays within the stated range: a screen that is too heavy prevents the spring from holding its position.

This model accepts 17 to 35 inch, 9 kg maximum, VESA 75x75 to 100x100. These three values have to be checked together: the screen size, the weight and the hole pattern on the back of the screen. What is the warranty?
Neomounts covers this product with a 5 year manufacturer warranty from the invoice date, for use in line with the instructions. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and mechanical parts, not damage caused by a load above the stated capacity.
