Designed for exclusive integration into OVA and JOA touchscreen terminals, this compact 2D reader sits inside the housing of the register and stays unobtrusive on the counter. It reads the main 1D and 2D barcodes quickly and accurately, including QR codes and PDF417, whether printed on paper or displayed on a smartphone or tablet screen. Its omnidirectional reading technology requires no precise alignment: the item passes in front of the reading window and the code is captured immediately, which speeds up checkout and improves the customer experience at the point of sale. The reading head rotates through 270° to adapt to the user environment and can face outward to scan bulkier products. This reference is the option intended for the OVA II terminal; it is factory installed when ordered with the terminal, or mounted in the workshop.
