Use and tips
A desk arm frees up the work surface and puts the screen at the right height, which reduces neck and shoulder strain over a full day. Before buying, check the desk thickness and whether a grommet hole is available, and confirm that your screen weight stays within the stated range: a screen that is too heavy prevents the spring from holding its position.

Is my screen compatible?
This model accepts 17 to 32 inch, 9 kg maximum, VESA 75x75 to 100x100. These three values have to be checked together: the screen size, the weight and the hole pattern on the back of the screen. If your screen has no VESA holes or if you are unsure, our contact page puts you in touch with our technical team.
What is the warranty?
Neomounts covers this product with a 5 year manufacturer warranty from the invoice date, for use in line with the instructions. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and mechanical parts, not damage caused by a load above the stated capacity.
